The small box of frozen beef is approximately 15 lbs. of an assortment of beef consisting of 4 steaks, 4 (1.5 each) packages of ground meat, and 5 lbs. of choice cuts (cube steak, roast, skirt steak or sirloin tips). Great gift box or to stock the freezer for two people.
